Introduction:
RADA Systems is a custom UL 508A panel build,
controls and systems integration company located in
North San Diego County. Established in 1990, our
team provides more than 30 years of custom machine
design and control experience for a variety of
industries (food, pharmaceutical, golf, stone,
paint, drinking water, commercial pool filtration,
automotive, etc.)
Situated off the 78 freeway mid-way between the
I-5 and I-15, our location also gives us convenient
access to Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles
counties.
What We Do:
Industrial Control Panel Building
As a UL 508A facility, we build our ICPs (industrial
control panels) to a standard recognized worldwide.
Custom electrical control enclosure layout,
component selection assistance and wiring to our
customer's exacting requirements.
Machine Building
From your design drawings, layouts or other design
documentation we can facilitate the complete BOM
(bill of material) purchase, fabrication, build,
wire and debug of your equipment.
In the event that all you have is a good idea, we
can assist in developing all the design
documentation for welded fabrication, machined
parts, fluid power (pneumatics and hydraulics) and
control requirements.
Systems Integration
If assistance is required in laying out control
schematics, we can help. Elementary diagrams are all
prepared to the familiar ladder form that is
standard in machine tool control design.
We can provide PLC (programmable logic controller)
programming for many popular brands.
OIT (operator interface terminal) or HMI (human
machine interface) devices may be incorporated into
the integration scheme to facilitate user
configurations and information about system control.
